We have the right to change and later these terms at any point in time. These terms come into effect only when they are posted on our website.

Terms of Sale

1) The Contract

When you place an order with our site, you will receive a system generated acknowledgement e-mail to confirm the receipt of your order. This email will be an acknowledgement of your order and will not promise the acceptance of your order.  The contract between us will come into effect only when we send you a confirmation mail of the dispatch of the goods orders by you. Only the goods that have been mentioned in the confirmation mail will be a part of the contract formed.

2) Pricing and Availability

We make sure that all the information related with the product, its description, price, stock levels and images is correct. But at times, it may happen that some errors pop up due. To resolve the effects of these errors, we will inform you at the earliest about the error along with an option for you to reconfirm the order at the right price or cancel it. In case, we are not able to contact you then we will consider your order as cancelled. In case you cancel the order and you have made the complete payment of the goods in prior then you will receive a complete refund at the earliest.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition. You will be informed clearly about all the additional charges.

3) Payment Methods

We promise a secure payment channel. Payments can be made by using a debit or credit card through online facility by using ZaakPay. FunkyGiftsIndia uses online payment services offered by ZaakPay to ensure secure online trading.  Verification by Mastercard and Visa is used for additional security.

4) Promotional Discount Codes

Promotional Discount Codes can be offered through marketing material. You can apply the code to the specific orders made on the website. This code can be entered while making the payment on the payment page where all kinds of discounts are applied.

6) Cancellations & Returns

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving it then contact us via an email at [email protected] and we will try to cancel it by stopping the order item being shipped.

Please contact us via email within 7 working days from the date of receiving your order if you wish to return your order. Please follow all the terms and conditions mentioned in the returns procedure stated on the delivery and returns page.

You can even exchange any item within 7 days of receiving the goods provided they are in their original condition and packaging and are not damaged.

In the rarest of the situations, in case you received a damaged product, kindly inform us so that we can make arrangements for either an exchange (no additional delivery costs apply) or a refund of the product along with compensating the delivery cost. All other exchanges will attract additional shipping charges.

It will be the responsibility of the customer that the goods do not get tampered or damaged during transit they reach the company. Make sure that you retain proof of postage and remember to include your order number with the return to avoid confusion.

7) Exclusion of Liability

FunkyGiftsIndia excludes all warranties, representations, conditions and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not any liability for any losses or damages that are not logically foreseeable arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions stated on the site or your use of the website.

Except to the extent required by applicable law, FunkyGiftsIndia shall not be liable to any person for any damage or loss which may arise from the reliance on or use of any information or content that is displayed on this website.
