Cancellation Policy

In case due to some reasons you wish to cancel your order then you must place the cancellation request within two hours of placing your order. This is so because we dispatch our orders on the day of order placement. You can place your cancellation request either over phone or via email.

Conditions for Order Cancellation and Refund

  • If the order cancellation request is made before the item(s) is shipped then you will get the complete refund.
  • If the order cancellation request is made after the item(s) has been shipped, you will not get any refund or credit

Return Policy

  • In case you receive your order in a damaged, opened or tampered packaging then you are requested not to accept the damaged package from the courier delivery boy so that the same can be returned to the company.
  • You may also intimate us about the condition mentioning your Order ID via email at [email protected] or call us at +91-9509911999. We will ensure that you receive your replacement earliest with no additional charges.
  • In case you wish to return your order, please make sure that the product has not been used and is in the original condition. Price tags and original packaging are must while initiating a return.
  • The customer will have to pay for the shipping cost of the return. You can also request a reverse pick up which is available at a fixed charge of Rs. 150 per package. In case the package is of an extra large size then the company will have the authority to decide the shipping cost which will be informed to you.
  • If you request an exchange, you can shop for any item(s) of the same or higher amount value.
  • In case you do not wish to make an instant purchase then we can issue you a Credit Note of the amount of the returned item(s) that can be redeemed on your next purchase. The validity of the credit note will be 6 months from the date of issue.
  • NO MONEY RETURN POLICY.

The right to deny return rests with the company in case the item(s) are not eligible for return or replacement. The item(s) is not fit for return or exchange if:

  • The item(s) exhibits any kind of physical damage to the product or to the box;
  • The item(s) is returned without the original accessories and packaging. It should be returned with the original retail box, manuals, tags and other items that were a part of the product at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) has an invalid, unreadable and tampered serial number.
